If flowchart is made to represent and make pseudo-code an effective illustration then maybe it is also made easy to find errors in it. But then, if you work as an programmer you'll deal with Programming Languages which are in words and not in shapes.

Somehow mas madali kasi kabisado mo kung ano pinaggagagawa mo, pero as a debugger, it does not necessarily mean na program mo lang ang aayusin may times din ibang program naman. Yun nga lang from 0 knowledge alamin mo dapat kung anong program yun para makita mo rin ang error.

It is a unary operator which means you only have one input. With that, its easy to identify what the result is, "just invert the input". That's why a NOT logic gate is also called "inverter".

You'll never know. Change is Constant. Otherwise, you'll experience it whether to use POSITIVE nor NEGATIVE Logic in your future programming.
